Horizon Church
We are launching a new Church. We are great at two things loving God and loving you. We are not perfect. So, if you are not perfect, please join us. We care about you and your family. Our Sunday worship is led by the best Christian musicians in the Valley. The teaching team is six extraordinary pastors and authors: John Kaites, Gary Kinneman, Robin Wood, Alyssia Schifferer, Ryan Romeo and Tyler Johnson. Horizon Church Live is supported by some amazing community leaders and some awesome college students -- all devoted to Jesus Christ and sharing the good news of God’s love to our youth and families in the Ahwatukee-Foothills community.
We are not perfect, but with God’s help, we are better every day.

A Firm Foundation
Horizon Church has had a "heart for Ahwatukee" since its founding in 1990. Hundreds of families and thousands of people in our community and around the world have been touched by Horizon.
- Our God’s Garden Preschool has served hundreds of families with 2-5 year olds since 2000 and was just announced as Best Preschool for 2023 by the Ahwatukee Foothills News.
- Since 2002 we have taken six mission teams and completed community health projects in the Agalta Valley of Honduras through HOI, Inc., our Christian mission partner.
- Through AMOR Ministries, we have built housing for more than a dozen families in Puerto Penasco (Rocky Point), Mexico.
- We have packed 10’s of thousands of life-saving meals for children around the world with Feed My Starving Children and served meals for people in need here in the Valley through the Phoenix Rescue Mission.
